I talked to April and she Okayed Art tutorial.
Looks like I'll have to run it 'coz she'll mostly be at Surry again.
But I kindda want to flesh out ideas before jumping into doing so.
Any suggestions?
As far as date goes, I'll have to see until I figure out what class I'll be taking next semester, but I'd like to discuss course contents.
I'm assuming people would like to learn to draw characters
So, here's the rough outline. :D
1)Class one-Assessment./Blocking in.
2)Basic Simplified Head tutorial(Chibies/Kids)
3)Basic body tutorial(Proportions.etc)
4)Hands
5)Feet
6)Hair/clothing tutorial
7)Shading
8)Colouring
Ah, and important. HW? or no HW? :)
Though I don't think ppl would like to do so, but without actually *drawing* ppl won't improve.
This need to be fleshed out further, and no doubt I myself needs more study to be able to *teach*, but yeah. What cha think?

I think its a good idea! I am personally hopeless at art so i dont know if I would show because its just embarassing.XD Maybe run a mock one in the summer and then in the fall run a full out one since we tend to not get that many memebers in the summer.

Mock one during the summer, that's a GREAT idea.
But I'll have to see about the fall one. Mainly because that's my graduating semester.^^;(@AI)
Perhaps I'll start late for the fall one. :) 'coz A.I ends@September.
As far as the HW goes, I think I'll provide the block in and reference picture so it'd be easier on people.
And I'm thinking of making it not mendatory, but there's a price at the end for whomever that's completed the most HW.
Well, I'll try to make the rough outline, tutorial templates during this vacation, and I'll run it by some *trial* classes if you'd like.:3

I know I'd like to participate.
However, I'll need a lot of constructive criticism, integrated with praise on improvement so I don't get all depressed. The criticism will really help my weaknesses, though... Are you willing to offer tutoring on the homework, too?
