Which edition are you playing?

We are playing 3/3.5

Do you have 1-2 spaces open? My friend and I are craving some good old fashion 3/3.5 action.

sure my group only has 3 players and I think the other group has 4

What days/times do you guys usually play.

Also can we get any details on what level you start at, if you're using any special campaign setting (i.e. Forgotten Realms), etc. So we can make at least some part of the characters before we come in.

we meet during the ARC game night on Tuesdays at 6:00PM though one of my players requested 5:00 PM but I'm waiting to hear back from them before I make that official. there is no special campaign setting and I will allow anything 3.5 except the book of nine swords. If you want to make your characters before hand my group already has a ranger, rouge, and cleric.

I will most likely bring a tank then. Lastly, what level do your players start at? Do you roll for your stats (which I will do when I come), or is it point buy (that I can do before coming)? How much allowance do we have for starting gear (if above level 1)? Those kinds of things.

We have a lot of inexperienced players in the group so we are starting at first level, and we are rolling for our stats.

Do you know what kind of game are you looking to play, ie dungeon crawls, investigation, wilderness adventures, ect.?

I have some experience playing DnD. I'm fine playing all types of games, as long as there is a good mix of RP and battle.

I'm willing to start playing earlier, it means we can get more play time in and some people might have to go home early, have class etc.

For the first session I'm panning a strait dungeon crawl to make sure everyone knows what they're doing after that I'm going to be doing a combination of battles and RPing, as well as using a couple pre-made adventures.

Does anyone have any other games they would like to see run other then D&D, ie. D20 modern (personal favorite), GURPS, 4th ed, M&M, Wushu, CoC, ect...

oh man, that sounds just awesome.
but i don't officially end work until 5:30 and unlikely to leave till 6.

Paranoia++? I don't think I know that one. As for time I'm not sure how long the other players would be willing to wait, we should probably discuss this on Tuesday and find out who needs to leave early and who has to come late.

We did play (well once) paranoia (in my day) at the club. But I think all the clubs gaming materials have gone missing.

I'll ask around on Tuesday and see if anyone knows what happened to them

I'll be there at 5pm, but a majority of the players weren't there till 6pm, and since I don't have everyone's email I'm not sure how many will show up at 5

Mmkay then. Next time we meet, let's discuss a solid starting time. I, for one, would love to start the game earlier and end earlier.

ok anyone in my group, we are officially meeting at 5:00PM from now on. in other news I have a floor meeting at 8:00pm next week, the meeting shouldn't take more then 20 min. so I leave the choice to you, do you want to end early or just take a break while I go to the meeting?

So, as for the 14th what are we doing about video game night? are we going to stay in the rotunda and play after the general meeting? or are people more interested in the video gaming night? My personal opinion will differ depending on what games/consoles are actually available and how many other people are playing.

from what I've heard the games at the video game night will be SSBB, SC, GG, KoF, and maybe Mario Party. I'm fine playing video games or D&D, but if three or more people would rather play video games we will not be playing D&D. I am willing to run a pick up game of Wushu (http://www.bayn.org/wushu/index.html)for those who want to play it.
