Well, inspired by a similar thread on the Wizards forum, I'd like to use this space for us to write down any memorable events in past, present and future D&D games.
A basic description of the campaign setting, characters involved and some background knowledge would be most helpful.

Let me just started by recounting the "Exploding Washroom" incident that has been (and will be) the subject of discussion among players in the Rez campaign:

Setting: Wizard's tower located in a pocket dimension.
Characters:
Me: lvl 5 Moogle Red Mage
ChiChi: lvl 4 Half-Merfolk Shadowmage (LA +1)
Calvin: lvl 5 Human Technomancer (at least I THINK you're human...)
Jeff: lvl 5 Elf Ranger
Jon: lvl 5 Human Mimic
Pip: Human, lvl 4 Fighter/lvl 1 Killer
Also Pip: lvl 5 Plushie Voodoo doll
Tyler: GM

I don't remember how it happened, but someone (most likely ChiChi) mentioned getting bonus XP for describing mundane tasks as RP (such as going to the washroom). Thus it was decided that whenever a character frequents the washroom, they'd be awarded 1 bonus XP. 1. XP. Needless to say, the group was unhygienic as heck (save for the Shadowmage and someone else to visited the washroom once before we left for the Tower).
There were numerous traps in there and we just barely escaped an exploding rune attached to the bottom of a bed in one of the tower's guest room (Thank god I identified the rune just in case).
When we entered the other room, something along the lines of the following happened:

GM: You enter the room and find that it's been used quite recently. A person or group of persons have used this room as a temporary refuge and seem to have left in a hurry. They even left a few rations lying around, in case they decide to come back at a later date. Also, you find a washroom.
Shadowmage (with delight): Haha yes! I use the washroom
Everyone: *sighs*
Red Mage: Wait! What if there's a trap?
GM: The toilet has an exploding rune. It blows up when you sit down.
Everyone: OUCH!
GM: Rolls 4d6 damage and got critically low numbers. The others don't know an explosion occurred. To them, it seemed like your character just dropped a huge "log".
Shadowmage: Ow! Ok, before I go out, I use Prestidigitation to clean myself and make myself smell nice!
