Does it need saving, and if so can it be saved?

"It" is black, can output HD signals, and good for playing Final Fantasy and MGS4... that's basically it. It's called PS3.

Okay, seriously, aside from FF13 and MGS4, is there any good reason to get PS3? Because from the look of things, it's beginning to look really similar to Dreamcast and 3DO...

And if you truly think that it will still sell well in Japan... http://www.kotaku.com/gaming/top/those-ps3s-sales-look-sluggish-in-japan-225907.php . Things definitely doesn't look good for the George Foreman Grill.

Things definitely aren't

Things definitely aren't working out for the PS3 thus far... but I have a hard time believing they're down and out. Eventually prices are going to come down (probably when the manufacturing of blu ray drives becomes cheaper) and even though it is insanely expensive compared to the other systems, you get a crazy amount of power.

We'll see how things are going next year.
