Yume Tsukai

Episodes: 12 x 25
Description:

Based on a rather ero and disturbing manga by Ueshiba Riichi, the animated series instead focuses on the insane serial artwork that also is a trademark of the manga. The series is about a group of mages who are in charge of preventing people's nightmares from entering the real world. The first episode contains a bit of Yuri, but the rest of the series strays away from that focusing on the insanities of people, their emotions, and their dreams.

The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya

Episodes: 14 x 25
Description:

To simply describe this show as a phenomenom and craze is nowhere near the justice that it deserves. Suzumiya Haruhi No Yuutsu features the title character Haruhi and her club the SOS-dan, which is set up simply to end her boredom. In fact, it has been argued on many blogs that this show is the ultimate statement of an existentialist escapist ideal. However, it is also one of the most unique takes on the "high school kids with super powers" genre that has ever been made in that It also features a narrative style that is non-linear in terms of its episode order. Episode One is falcon Episode 13 for example. For the list of the chronological order of the episodes check out http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_The_Melancholy_of_Haruhi_Suzumiya_episodes or watch the previews and listen for Haruhi to tell you the order.
